BOOK SESSION

1. Cancellation Notice:

• To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation Fees:

• If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the full session amount will be charged.
• If the session is missed without notice, the full session amount will be charged.

3. Rescheduling Policy:

• Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the original appointment may incur a fee of $75.

4. Late Arrival:

• If arriving more than 15 minutes late, the session will need to be rescheduled and the full session amount will be charged.

5. Refunds:

• Refunds for cancellations will be issued in the form of original payment method, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
• No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

6. Exceptional Circumstances:

• I understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss potential waivers or adjustments to the policy.
