An energy practice to calm fear and connect you to the grounding and supporting rhythm of Nature.
Once you have learned it, you can do it whenever you need to calm anxiety, fear or stress. You can use this practice to get out of “fight, flight, freeze” … whenever you need to reset back to your resourceful state of “rest, digest, create”.
You will be taught a specific hand placement, or mudra, as well as 2 phrases of light language. The mudra coordinates and concentrates the movement of energy. The words of light act to re-ignite your energy coding and inherent capacity for connectivity.
